The Wealthy Barber, page 168 I like this way of thinking when I’m buying something on sale, buying generic foods at the grocery store, or haggling a price with a street vendor. This is one of the very valuable nuggets of wisdom in this easy to read personal finance book, and I highly recommend it to absolutely everyone. UPDATE: I continue to consider the possibilities of this concept. If one decreases their rent by $200/month, it’s equal to a $4800 salary increase. Big stuff. (via adriennes) |
